If you've ever seen the "Aladdin Stand-By's" album in my gallery. (A collection of all the men I've written or write about that I use for description reference) You know I have a type. They aren't carbon copies of each other, but they all exude a similar aura. I've spent much time comparing and contrasting them for sake of introspection. To ask myself "what do you actually like?" Thanks to this practice, I feel that I know very well what I like. This is how I did it.

  1. Employment

    4 restaurant owners

    2 tech bros

    1 dentist

    1 actor

Finding: I connected best with the restaurant owners and felt they most understood my work ethic.

  1. Personality

    4 dominant (the restaurant owners)

3 passive and adaptive (tech bros and dentist)

    1 man child (actor)

Finding: I preferred the personalities of the restaurant owners when I got over my rebellious stage. During rebellious era, I preferred passive. Man child is a loser)

  1. Lifestyle

3 responsible luxury (3 of the restaurant owners)

4 overspending (1 of the restaurant owners, the tech bros, and the dentist)

    1 broke (the actor)

Finding: I prefer the responsibile luxury. I hate thinking about money and I want to be with someone that I can trust to make good decisions, but Isn't a cheapskate.

  1. Communication Style

    4 avoidant/ silent treatment (all 4 restaurant owners ;| )

3 performative over communication (tech bros and actor)

    1 clear and patient (dentist)

These were my 4 most impactful traits for deciding who I'd be happy with. I was overall most into all 4 restaurant owners. Not that I loved them more, but that I was most taken by them. I stayed longest with the tech bros because of the communication. It was so performative that I could easily understand it as an Autistic person. I think you should do this too. As an introspective exercise.

De-Limerence Yourself

This morning, Dani asked me if I experience “limerence”. I actually wasn't certain that I knew what the word meant, so I double checked it. Limerence: a state of intense often involuntary romantic a

Iman! You are ____

“Iman! You are____.” Is one of the most annoying sentences to me. Yesterday, in traffic on Canal street, at 10:50 something PM, I snatched my phone from Dani to respond to a voice note from Brittyn wh
