The advert for this

immediately caught my eye! It was vintage, chic, and oh so my style. The perfume was on pre-order sale, so I blind bought it and I'm so glad I did. I'm a huge fan of The Liquors by Killian and this is right up that alley at a fraction of the price point. At first spray, the cherry scent is strong, almost like you just got served a Shirley Temple with whiskey . It settles in though to be a delicate sweetness that invites a deep inhale. The cool musk is such an exciting note that really reminds me of hanging in the lodge with my father after a long day on the mountain. It is almost like getting a whiff of his aftershave as he brings me a cocoa. Very nostalgic and comforting. I will be wearing this scent all winter

The packaging was particularly fun and thoughtful as well. There was no plastic on the box or shipping materiel, which I really appreciated. I hate microplastics. It looked straight out of 1967 in all the ways we can glamorize 1967 by glazing over the horrible parts of those times.
