I think home is getting off the plane, going out to eat at 10 pm, and the staff at Capoeira welcoming you with a smile.


I think acceptance is them giving me a menu despite the reality we all know, watching me look at it, and glancing with a soft smile to see if I'm done.


I think community is one of the servers walking up to take my order with a big smile and saying "what would you like?"all the server's working tonight looking over, and simulating saying "chicken stroganoff" while we laugh together.
