Every time I've ever had a dating app, it is flooded with the palest men of "color" imaginable swiping on me. Truly paper white men that look like what Kylie Jenner brought to her surgeon and that's the only way you know they're not actually white. Like they have ethnic features for sure, but if you put them in the sun, they don't sweat, they sparkle. You know?

In the club too; pale faces everywhere. What is it? This post is honestly inspired by my friend Af, who is near transparent, but Pakistani. I once again found him the likes of a dark skinned woman of color's post. If there is a popular dark skinned woman of color on instagram, he's liking or following. If I post a dark skinned friend, he's in the dm's. He is a total fiend. They all are. The one guy I dated that looked like me. Like seriously looked so much like me that people thought we were siblings, is now with a white girl and his ex was white, so I was a fluke. Why are pale dudes infatuated with dark girls? Like sir are you trying to ruin our lives? Like when your mom inevitably tweaks at your taste what are we gonna do?
